We are officially in Autumn now. Summer is over - I wish someone would tell the weather that! Although it has been beautiful weather, it is still a bit too warm for me....
Our Book Exchange Programme is running already. You can either buy a book for R50 or bring a book and pay R10 to exchange. Next Saturday, 2nd April, Deborah Sutherland from Sprout it will be doing a workshop on healthy wonderfully nurturing food. Its not as difficult as you think, and the food really is wonderful! And finally, I have been read the riot act by Allison Scott regarding my session fees. She says I am too cheap. She says no wonder I am worried about my income! So, please blame her - I am increasing my session fees from 1st April. My fees will be R350.00 for the initial session and R300 for followups. Current regular clients will get special discounts depending on how often I see them.
